    The Eicher 380 sources its power from a 2,500 three-cylinder Simpson water-cooled diesel engine, which produces a maximum power output of 40 hp @ 2,150 rpm. The tractor comes equipped with a centre shift transmission unit comprising eight forward and two reverse gears. The Eicher 380 claims a top speed of 30.84 kmph with the forward gears.

    Average is good, and the speed of the tractor is also good, and so far nothing has been a problem. All the implements can be connected on hydraulics and also suitable for loading.
